“It really feels great to be part and parcel this great initiative. Mambos has always been supporting the arts industry and they continue to do. We are so grateful for the continued support which is much needed,” he said.

Mambo’s brand marketing manager Pamela Nyakabau explained that the entertainment inventive is an initiative to bring back the good old days of the festive season and a way of celebrating Christmas with their clientele.

“Basically we wanted to bring back the traditional look and feel of Christmas, which is love, family and fun. And we want to achieve this by putting up the Christmas lights and inviting our customers to come and share this experience with us as a Brand, hence “Christmas under the Stars”,” she said.

“We pride ourselves in being pioneers of disruptive ideas hence the “We The First” for we believe we are the first in our industry to celebrate Christmas this way.”

Nyakabau added that the ongoing festival will see performances from regional and international artistes. However, the performers and dates they will make their presentations are yet to be announced.

“We are still into talks with some local and international artistes. Our aim is to create a memorable experience for our customers. The concept of Christmas under the Stars will run through the whole festive season as we plan on ending this very difficult year in good spirits,” said Nyakabau
