At just five years old, King Epikaizo Mushunje, affectionately known as Mr. Toto Africa, is already making waves as a model, child activist, and role model for other children in Zimbabwe.
Born on 12 November 2019 in Harare, King Epikaizo has dedicated his young life to inspiring his peers and promoting positive values in society.
Standing at 110 cm tall, the vibrant youngster dreams of creating a safer and better environment for children, encouraging them to pursue their goals with confidence. His mission is clear: “to stand against bullying, discourage drug abuse, and motivate children to believe in their dreams,” he said.
King Epikaizo is not only passionate about advocacy but also actively involved in community service. From distributing stationery to schools and hospitals to surprising police officers with sweets, he enjoys projects that bring smiles and spread kindness. “I also love giving speeches, participating in campaigns, and raising awareness about issues affecting children,” he added.
As a model, he has already achieved notable success. He participated in the Little Mr. and Miss Africa pageant, where he emerged victorious, and is preparing to represent Zimbabwe in Kenya next year. His growing portfolio includes modelling, fashion runways, advert presenting, and acting opportunities. Recently, he also qualified to showcase his talent at the prestigious Africa Heritage Fashion Show scheduled for November 2025.
Beyond modelling and advocacy, King Epikaizo has personal passions that keep him grounded. He loves drawing, enjoys playing soccer, and is currently studying in ECD B at Shining Smiles School.
Looking ahead, his ambitions remain both bold and inspiring. He hopes to proudly represent Zimbabwe in the 2026 continental finals in Kenya, establish a Kids’ Kindness Club, and expand his anti-bullying campaigns.
