TOP SOUP 4ED has been formally listed among the first batch of organizations approved for affiliation with ZANU PF, following a rigorous verification process conducted by the party’s Commissariat Department.
According to an official communiqué issued from ZANU PF Headquarters in Harare, TOP SOUP 4ED appears as Affiliate Number 11 on a list of seventy (70) organizations whose applications for party affiliation were successfully processed and verified.
The organization is led by C. Musarapasi and falls under the Youth Affairs, Arts and Sportsparent department within the party structure .
The Commissariat Department confirmed that all applicant organizations were subjected to a comprehensive vetting exercise by a Technical Committee made up of officials from Administration, Commissariat, National Security, and Legal Affairs. The verification covered application letters, constitutions, resolutions to affiliate, plans of action, national executive lists with vetted fingerprints, and proof of provincial representation .
Following the verification, the applications were referred to the Office of the Secretary General for final vetting and approval. The department also indicated that guidance had been sought on the issuance of certification and the possible introduction of registration fees for successful affiliates. ZANU PF further noted that additional applications for affiliation continue to be received and will undergo the same formal process .
The registration of TOP SOUP 4ED places the organization within ZANU PF’s officially recognized affiliate structures, positioning it to participate in party programs aligned with youth empowerment, arts development, and sports advancement.
