Scholarship Coverage and Duration:

Full tuition coverage for up to two years for master’s by research students and up to four years for doctoral candidates.

Annual living stipend of AUD $38,500 (2025 rate, pro rata for part-time students) for up to two years for master’s students and up to 3.5 years for PhD students.

A relocation allowance of AUD $2,000 for those coming from other Australian states or territories and AUD $3,000 for those arriving from overseas.

Single Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) is provided to international students who need a student visa.

Applicants must either be newly applying for or already enrolled in a graduate research program at the University of Melbourne and meet the relevant entry requirements.
