Woman Says She’s Carrying Twins for Slain Businessman, Appeals to Family

by Bustop TV News

A Zimbabwean woman has stirred emotional reactions on TikTok after posting a heartfelt video claiming she is six months pregnant with twins fathered by the late businessman Joseph Mutangadura, who was brutally killed in Ruwa last week.

In the emotional recording, the woman says she and Mutangadura were romantically involved since 2023. She described him as a generous and loving man.

“I was left carrying twins, six months along, by Mr. Mutangadura. We spent last weekend together at Meikles Hotel. Now, I am in pain…” she shared in Shona.

She went on to express gratitude for what she said Mutangadura had done for her during their relationship — including allegedly building her a house in Madokero. According to her, the house has been fully connected to electricity and she plans to move in this coming September.

The woman recounted their final weekend together, saying she had no idea it would be their last time seeing each other.

In the same video, she made a passionate plea to the Mutangadura family:

“As you divide the inheritance, please remember there are children on the way. I’m carrying both a boy and a girl. I’m due to give birth in November.”

As arrangements begin to settle the late businessman’s estate — which reportedly includes livestock and property — the woman is asking for her unborn children to be acknowledged in the distribution process.

Her video has sparked widespread discussion on social media, with some viewers questioning her motives and timing, while others have expressed support and sympathy.

As of now, the Mutangadura family has not publicly responded to the woman’s claims.
