Man Killed Over Plate of Sadza

Two Mvurwi men allegedly murdered their colleague in cold blood following a dispute over a plate of sadza.

National police spokesperson Commissioner Paul Nyathi confirmed the tragic incident saying one of the culprits has been brought to book.

“Police in Mvurwi arrested Reason Shadrecka (36) in connection with a case of murder which occured at Abedine farm compound on 21 June 2025.

“The suspect teamed up with, Biggie Nduzani, who is on the run and assaulted the victim with wooden logs all over the body after an argument over a plate of sadza,” said Commissioner Nyathi.
He said the victim died on the spot.
