Storm at Simbisa: Explicit Video Triggers Claims of Office Romance and Abuse of Authority

Simbisa is facing growing prostitution allegations following the circulation of explicit videos on social media. The footage allegedly involves a married female Wadza and her manager, whose nude videos have widely spread across multiple platforms.

According to some sources, Simbisa brand allegedly promotes prostitution through the way it selects its employees. According to them, physical appearance is prioritized over qualifications or experience during the recruitment process.

Meanwhile,top official at Simbisa Brands Limited the parent company of Chicken Inn, Pizza Inn and other popular fast-food chains has been accused of exploiting his corporate position to pursue inappropriate relationships with junior female employees.

Allegations surfaced after a former Chicken Inn staff member, who asked to remain anonymous, shared her experience with this publication. The 22-year-old claims she was misled into an intimate relationship with Brian Mureverwi, a senior executive within the company.

“When we first met, he was polite and acted professionally . As my boss, he offered mentorship but soon began to flirt. He insisted he was single. I trusted him,” she said.

The relationship reportedly continued for several months until she visited his Westgate home and discovered the truth.

“I saw his phone unlocked and went through it. There were family pictures, messages from his wife, and videos of his kids some nearly my age. That is when I knew I had been deceived.”

She added that she later began to observe what she described as a “pattern” in the workplace.

“It was not just me. I noticed other girls were also involved with him. Some bragged about being invited to his office after hours or being picked up by him in his car. It seemed like something people just accepted.”

According to her, Mureverwi targeted young female employees in several Chicken Inn branches across the country, taking advantage of their vulnerable positions.

“These are girls who need jobs and are eager to succeed. He uses that against them. It’s disturbing and predatory.”

The allegations have caused concern among many young women working in the fast-food industry, who claim they often face manipulation and coercion from men in senior roles.
