A disturbing investigation has revealed that operatives linked to Rwandan President Paul Kagame’s intelligence services are allegedly involved in the targeted killings of Rwandan genocide suspects residing in Zimbabwe. Reports indicate that these operatives have established a network of cover businesses, including tuckshops, to facilitate their activities while evading detection.
At the centre of this operation is a man known as Desire, also referred to as Papa Ganza, who reportedly holds a passport from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). Under the guise of legitimate business, he has become a key figure in orchestrating these extrajudicial killings.
Two other significant figures in this operation include Biso naBiso and another Eric, who is the owner of Fresh Kombucha, a popular beverage business in Zimbabwe. Both are believed to be deeply involved in the planning and execution of these violent acts, targeting individuals accused of participating in the 1994 Rwandan genocide.
Another Rwandese named Karangwa is collecting money from refugees while another lady named Kabebe, who owns a liquor shop at Sam Levy, has been bringing more than 20 ladies per month from Rwanda for a brothel. Most of these ladies will be on an intelligence mission against young refugee businesspeople in Zimbabwe.
Desire (Papa Ganza) has captured CIO and immigration officials of Zimbabwe and is paying them handsomely. No action to date has been taken against Kagame hitmen roaming in the streets of Harare.
Desire (Papa Ganza) sired a child with a persona non grata, Giramata, but is still in Zimbabwe at the behest of local enablers within Zimra , Immigration, and CIO, as he has remained untouchable.
Just like Nsanzabera Benoit, Papa Ganza bought 2 houses in Kigali and holds both refugees’ and Rwandan passports. He is known for smuggling truckloads of goods into Zimbabwe in cahoots with a Zimra senior official who became a business partner before a fallout.
Desire (Papa Ganza) was also instrumental in the deportation of the late Noel Habimana Emily whom he facilitated his killing in Malawi together with Giramata and a senior Malawan army official who is Rwandan by birth .
Desire and Blessing boast of having captured Zimbabwe Immigration and Intelligence
Rwanda intelligence was easily deployed to Southern Africa through a rapid intervention force by Kagame ahead of Sadc in Copa Delgado in 2023 .
Desire , Biso naBiso, Erick Kambucha, and Blessing are the key financiers through Karangwa of the near genocidal killings and surveillance of ‘targets’ in Zimbabwe.
It’s a mystery that currently more than 10 Rwanda deportées, including John Jedo, Elson, and Kaniziyo, among others, have found their way back into Zimbabwe and continued their operations unabated.
Zimbabwe’s porous borders have become a serious concern and are not helped by rogue immigration officials who are on the payroll of these local ‘refugees.’
It is critical that Zimbabwe cleanse itself by taking all refugees from Rwanda and ‘DRC’ to refugee camps and embarking on a screening exercise.
Zimbabwe should deport all persons who entered the country disguised as DRC refugees yet are Rwandans. If any of these commit crimes in Zimbabwe, Rwanda can easily deny responsibility.
Most of these thugs have found a safe haven in the retail and wholesale sector, while others are ‘manufacturers of kombucha juicewhich has not gone through rigorous testing for safe consumption by Zimbabweans
The burning of Muhire Ramazan’s house could be a warning to his life, and it would be surprising if he were eliminated soon after his close friend Habimana was also killed. It boggles the mind that no arrests have been made since.
A local facilitator called chief and one named Honourable, who runs a Warren Park wholesale which was recently raided by an anti-smuggling Zimbabwe security and found with contraband of smuggled imported beers and other items, have been cashing in on the refugees’ predicament
In a surprising twist , a Kanyanzira Blessing aka Papa Chasite has been sent by Rwandan intelligence to hunt down his own blood brother, locally known as Bolingo aka Zimba. He is in Zimbabwe on a mission to eliminate his brother, including food poisoning and working with Desire with threats that they will expose him to authorities that he is not from the DRC but Rwanda.
Jerome (popularly known as Baba Fisho) is the president of the diaspora in Zimbabwe. He is a refugee, while his wife holds a Rwandan passport. He is in Rwanda right now despite being a refugee, and this has raised serious concerns.
The kambucha brand is synonymous with the Rwandan government, and no one is allowed to manufacture the drink if not associated with the government. Hence Ngango, Boscon , Theo, and Eric are all Rwandan intelligence officers out to eliminate local threats by any means, including killings like what happened to Habimana.

One of the most notable incidents linked to this network is the murder of Samuel Habimana, a Rwandan refugee living at 2071 Mainway Meadows in Harare.
