Former Vice President, Joice Mujuru has broken the internet with pictures of her ‘new look’.
The decorated war heroine who has lost a noticeable amount of weight since her last public appearance over a year ago set tongues wagging with internet users claiming she is unwell while others speculated that she had fallen on hard times.
Popular netizen and Mujuru’s ‘family member’, Wellence Mujuru however rubbished the claims stating that the former Vice President is on a diet and weight loss journey.
“I would like to clarify that Joice Mujuru ( Teurai Mujuru) is very well and keeping healthy.
“She has been on a diet and exercise weight loss for some time now and has been very successful, her Doctor has not found anything wrong with her.Why l have decided to attach those two pictures that reflect her wonderful progress in keeping healthy.Thank You for those reaching out but she is well.”
Dr Mujuru’s political fortunes have been withering since her ejection from ZANU PF in 2014, coupled with a poor showing during the 2018 harmonized election in which her party NPP failed to garner a single seat
