She has been making headlines the past few weeks for a well crafted #don’trush challenge, Sunday confessions and this time socialite, Pokello has proved that beyond the entertaining she also has a big heart.
The former Big Brother Africa housemate has set up a fund to help pregnant women and single mothers who are struggling during the lockdown period.
Pokello took to Twitter to call on struggling single mothers and pregnant women to contact her for help.
“We are playing a small part to help out during these trying times. If you are a Pregnant woman or a Single mother struggling to get groceries and a little upkeep money, please contact my team on the number below and we will do our best to assist.🙏”
However, she said the numbers she was looking to help had already been reached and that the call had been closed.
Speaking to Bustop TV Pokello said that she was looking to assist a hundred people.
“We wanted to help one hundred and we found all hundred and we are not helping any more people.”
She has also done well in representing Zimbabwe well on the reality show, Big Brother Africa and wedded with a Ghanaian housemate.
Although she failed to win, she went far enough to win the hearts of many on the continent.
Her involvement in charity work could be her very best classy work which goes ahead of anything she has ever done.
